Surgi-gel is a viscous, water based, sterile adhering gel. These sachets contain purified water, glycerol, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, propyl hydroxybenzoate and methyl hydroxybenzoate as preservatives. These are sterilised by gamma irradiation that is recommended for general gynaecological, surgical, urological use and when vaginal lubrication is needed.
