  2. Put on in the morning when legs are least swollen. Turn stocking inside out up to heel, slide foot in, then gently pull up over calf, smoothing out wrinkles.

  3. For full calf versions, ensure the top of the stocking fits snugly over the widest part of the calf without excessive tension.

  4. Wash regularly with mild detergent; avoid bleach, fabric softeners or optical brighteners.

  5. Air dry away from heat or direct sunlight to preserve elasticity and compression.
